Horrible Main Character. Couldn't finish it.

Horrible. I wouldn't call Juliet dumb, just a self centered you know what. I had to stop reading this book about 20% of the way through because I just hated her and she's the heroine. Ultimately the book reminded me a lot of Her Perfect Revenge (very similar paths and events) but these characters were even less likeable. Romeo was ok but for heavens sake stop going back to her when she's just toxic. I stopped reading and deleted it - which I've only done one other time in my hundreds of books. This won't relax you, you will just end annoyed. What a waste of $3.99.

Romantic? Comedy? I finally trudged through to chapter 19, w/out the first smile, much less the laugh out loud comedy promised on the cover. At chapter 19, I gave up, and deleted the book. As much as Romeo hated Juliet, I hated this book!

I don't understand the good reviews. The lead characters were very immature, and the only laugh out loud I had was when his love for her was described as PALATABLE instead of PALPABLE. And apparently all you need to fall in love is an attractive partner.
